Morgan Vest - a classic knit for cashmere yarn

We all need a classic and timeless cashmere vest in our wardrobe. Morgan Vest, designed by Tayler Harris, is a garment to wear over and over. Morgan offers a split hem that is shorter in the front and longer in the back. The versatile v-neck and arm holes are finished as you knit - no picking up stitches required! The vest is knit back and forth in stockinette stitch except for the beautiful front center, where simple cables and garter stitch show off the cashmere's stitch definition and drape. 

Details: The vest is knit in pieces, from the bottom up. The armholes and neckline are shaped using decreases and bind-off stitches. The shoulders are joined using the 3-Needle Bind Off and the neckline extensions are sewn to the back of the neck. The
front and back pieces are seamed from the top of the ribbing to underarms. The edges
of the neckline and armholes are finished as you knit with a slip stitch I-cord edging
