Mirror by Tayler Harris is worked in the round from the bottom up. A rib stitch pattern is worked for the main fabric. Decreases are used to shape the crown, and a long tail is threaded through the remaining stitches to close the top of the hat. Knit in just one skein of our fingering weight cashmere yarn, this hat is a joy to knit and for all to wear.
Designer Inspiration: Mirror is inspired by the ancient rocks that form the mountain’s skeleton. Millions of years and tremendous pressure have formed faults that are nearly vertical.
